Please find enclosed the official Criminal Complaint v. Haun Saussy for rape, sex trafficking and passport theft, which was presented to the Chief State’s Attorney of Connecticut, Patrick J. Griffin.
The federal crimes described in the Criminal Complaint took place over many years, and they involved five sex offenders, who were all white caucasians. These individuals targeted international university students and scholars on a visa, especially women of color, for the ideological and racist reasons described below.
Saussy is by far the most violent and dangerous of the sex offenders. He was kicked out of Yale when his ex-wife divorced him for having extramarital affairs with other women, including a middle-aged woman coming from a poor rural area in Russia, who was acting as a “grad student,” cf. public court documents available at the New Haven Superior Court:

I’m an American citizen of African Moroccan origin, with African DNA, and I acquired my U.S. citizenship in 2014 during President Obama. I’m a registered Independent, and since 2014, I have paid over $150,000 in property taxes as a homeowner in the expensive East Rock neighborhood of New Haven, Connecticut, with a record 44% mill rate — one of the highest in the country.
All that money went to finance the salaries and the generous pensions of my fellow police officers at the New Haven police dep’t.
The violent and racist crimes committed by Saussy are particularly heinous and depraved due to the fact I have a spinal injury, which was stabilized by a very long titanium implant, also known as a titanium fusion. Assaulting a woman of color with spinal injuries is one of the vilest and most despicable crimes on record, since the person can become paraplegic or tetraplegic.
Indeed, I have one of the longest titanium implants in the world, extending from the 3rd to the 11th vertebrae. It was installed in July 1998 by Dr. Matteo Palmisani, a renowned orthopedic surgeon in the Emilia Romagna region in Northern Italy, where I was working as a police officer.
I worked for the Italian state police for ca. 5 years. I was injured while on patrol, and retired with a state pension at 24. I was able to survive and preserve my mobility only thanks to an excellent healthcare system and an athletic constitution.
I’m a college professor with a Masters in Linguistics and Translation Studies, and two Doctorates in Foreign Languages & Literatures (Ph.D.) and Education (Ed.D.) — It., Lingue e Letterature Straniere; Scienze dell’Educazione. As an online developer, I created websites of academic scholarship, photography and lifestyle with millions of views.
My spouse is a Yale Ph.D. and tenured professor in the classics, ancient history, and military history. He’s an international scholar whose publications are so fundamental, in his complex academic field, that they are sold both by academic presses and on the Amazon platform.
There are very few scholars in the world who can generate interest and sell thousands of copies worldwide. That’s a very rare accomplishment, and one that requires years of dedication.
On the other hand, the vast majority of pseudo-academic publications are irrelevant, pathetic, and sell only a few copies to a few university libraries, being a complete loss of money for publishing houses — case in point, Haun Saussy.

It is essential to highlight these objective facts because Saussy uses email hacking, malicious slander, perjury and false witness in order to eliminate his victims – and witnesses to his crimes – by killing their personal and professional life, after having physically assaulted and abused them.
As a serial sex offender, Saussy has a system: first he physically assaults the victims; then, he slanders and defames the victims in every possible way – projecting all his crimes and his pathologies on them – in order to eliminate any potential witness to his crimes.
If Saussy cannot physically kill his victims, then he tries to do so indirectly, e.g. by hacking their email accounts, checking their contacts, and sending forged emails to discredit them, see enclosed Criminal Complaint.
Speaking of violence combined with mental illness and pathological hatred against women, Saussy was obsessed with Bret Easton Ellis and his semi-autobiographical novel, American Psycho (1991), which he considered the great American novel.
Saussy aspired to be like the mentally-ill protagonist, Patrick Bateman, a do-nothing “businessman” leading a double life as a serial killer of women. Saussy would often quote violent passages from B.E. Ellis’ novel and film adaptation (2000), as in this disturbing email about his ex-wife:

In Europe, the public image of the police is very positive, and people see it as a helpful force against crime. In the United States, on the contrary, it is quite negative.
In 2020, there was a complete disaster with the murder of George Floyd and all the ensuing riots, defunding the police, abolishing ICE, etc.
But these problems go back a long time ago, e.g. the L.A. riots and the contamination of the murder scene at the O.J. Simpson trial in the 1990s. Indeed, there was never a moment when the public image of the police here was unconditionally positive.
As a woman of color, I’m already exposed to a lot of racist and sexist hatred and discrimination. Therefore, I rarely mention my status as a retired police officer, since I don’t want to suffer even more hatred and discrimination in this country.
But when a violent criminal, racist and repeat sex offender like Saussy assaults and slanders me, perjures himself, and portrays himself as a “poor victim” – projecting his crimes on the actual victim in order to save face and get away with murder – then we know that the situation has become too paradoxical and intolerable.
The amount of physical violence and pathological, racist hatred I had to overcome is simply astonishing, see detailed description in the enclosed Criminal Complaint – and many other people wouldn’t have been so strong and resilient.
For instance, Saussy’s crimes of hacking, stalking, defamation and perjury became so dangerous for me and my family that a few years ago, I had to legally change my name in order to protect myself and my family members.
And to avoid more violence, discrimination and racist hate crimes, my spouse and I chose an ethnically neutral and gender neutral name.
In consequence of these crimes, we have suffered significant damages – at the professional, financial, personal level – and we don’t want this to happen to anyone else.
Nobody should ever experience or endure such racist and sexist hatred, violence and abuse – especially women, people with spinal injuries, and people of color.

Being from Western Africa, with African DNA, I would never have accepted an academic post at Yale if there had been legal disclosure.

Saussy inherited some “gravel mines” – and even though he lost 75% of his assets to his ex-wife, Ms. Yu-Lin Wang, he has been thriving on the misery of people of color for all his life.
Hence, if anyone should make amends and pay substantial reparations to African Americans – that’s precisely a violent, bigoted and ignorant racist like Saussy from Tennessee.

In the fall semester 2005, Saussy stole my passport and used it to blackmail me, so I would acquiesce and keep silent about the rape and sex trafficking.
He kept my passport until 2007, when his wife divorced him, obtaining very favorable conditions for herself and getting 75% of Saussy’s assets.
Saussy also wanted complete access – with the passwords – to my Yale email account and to my private email accounts, so he could check all my contacts as well as my correspondence with them.
He would constantly email and call my contacts, impersonating me and pretending to be me.
For instance, he would email Planned Parenthood and arrange emergency care for me, after he had physically abused me.

I was like some valuable merchandise to be transferred from one sex offender to the other, in exchange for academic and financial favors.
Like John Bishop, Saussy had a special “friend” at Planned Parenthood, who helped him recruit and groom his victims among international students and scholars.
All the sex offenders had a racist mindset and a manipulative personality, which some of them disguised under a thin veneer of false kindness, pretending to be “good guys.”
But in reality, not one of them has ever produced one single African scholar throughout their worthless and fake “career,” which was wasted committing violent crimes, and stealing both public and private money.

As shown by public court records, Saussy suffers from manic depression and autism; inability to interact socially; alcohol addiction; violent patterns of behavior and suicidal ideation; bizarre conduct such as banging his head against the wall and rolling on the floor, etc.
Saussy was treated by psychiatrists and prescribed heavy psychotropic drugs,
which had many adverse effects and worsened his impotence and erectile dysfunction.

Saussy was by far the most dangerous and deranged of the sex offenders.
The fact that he was completely dependent on Cialis and Viagra made him extremely paranoid, angry and violent.
For instance, he would use metal push-pins on my skin – especially in tattooed areas, to be less detectable and less conspicuous – causing cuts and bruises, and sometimes hitting a vein.
Several times, I had to look for emergency care at Planned Parenthood, even though they are not supposed to deal with injuries from battery, skin lesions, and blood loss from such physical abuse.
But that’s where Saussy had placed one of his Chinese contacts and ex-girlfriends, who called herself “Dr. Annie.” That stupid individual couldn’t even speak English, and looked like anything except a doctor.
But she had an important role, acting as a Ghislaine Maxwell for Saussy, procuring international students for him and instructing them on how to give him pleasure. Indeed, she knew him very well, and she knew that he was completely dependent on Viagra and Cialis.

Trying to live out his mental fantasies with his Aneros, he damaged a few expensive hotel beds.

He rarely takes a shower, his underwear is always soiled, and he stinks.
Every time I was forced to see him, he was always under the influence of alcohol and different types of drugs.
And while he was under the influence, he would drive recklessly on the highway, since his favorite hotels are along the North-East coast and in New York City.

In 2005-2007, Saussy had a car that looked like a Saab, and he would drive me to different hotels, e.g. Omni, Marriott, etc., on the coast and in New York City.
He thought he could get away with murder and do anything he wanted, day or night,
since his poor ex-wife didn’t speak English,
had no friends in the new country,
and didn’t even have a TV to relate to the outside world and learn something new.
Indeed, Ms. Wang was unemployed, isolated and cut off from society, and she was completely dependent on her cheating husband to tell her “the truth” – as if he knew anything about it, cf. the judge’s complaints due to Saussy’s constant lying and his attempts to put the blame on others throughout the court proceedings:
“Despite his claims of financial sophistication, the husband [Saussy] has filed at least five [5] financial affidavits during the course of the court proceedings.
And when cross-examined on the failure to report certain assets on prior affidavits, he blamed his former lawyers.
Further, during the course of the trial, this court directed the husband to submit a revised financial affidavit, when it became apparent that he did fail to report life insurance policies with cash values as assets.” (Memorandum of Decision, p. 7)
Public court records also describe in detail Saussy’s patterns of violent behavior against his family members, e.g. abusing children; destroying their freedom of expression and freedom of association with others; putting the blame on others, falsely accusing them and projecting on them his own crimes, cf. the memorandum of decision concerning Saussy’s “mental state.”
These are all patterns of criminal behavior that Saussy has repeatedly used against his victims.
And if he abuses his own family members in this repulsive way, imagine what he’s capable of doing against completely unrelated people like students and scholars on the workplace.

As detailed in the attached Criminal Complaint, Saussy stole my passport in the fall semester 2005.
He used it to blackmail me and then keep silent about the rape and sex trafficking, claiming he worked for the CIA and could get me “deported” any time he wanted.

Both types of harassment and misconduct are unacceptable. They seriously undermine the atmosphere of trust essential to the academic enterprise.
Implicit in the idea of professionalism is the recognition by those in positions of authority that in their relationships with students or staff there is an element of power.
It is incumbent upon those with authority not to abuse, nor to seem to abuse, the power with which they are entrusted.
Even when both parties have consented at the outset to the development of a romantic or sexual relationship between individuals of different University status, it is the person in the position of greater authority who, by virtue of their special responsibility and the core educational mission of the FAS, will be held accountable for unprofessional behavior.
No FAS Faculty member, instructor, etc. shall request or accept sexual favors from, or initiate or engage in a romantic or sexual relationship with, any student, including a graduate student or DCE student, who is enrolled in a course taught by that individual, or otherwise subject to that individual’s academic supervision.
Academic supervision includes teaching, advising a thesis or dissertation, supervising research, supervising teaching, grading, or serving as Director of Undergraduate or Graduate Studies of the student’s academic program.

A disgusting sex offender like Giuseppe Mazzotta doesn’t get to “supervise” anything in the life of his victims — least of all my academic work and research, dissertation, or any changes in my academic and/or professional career.

And to make the situation even more corrupt and paradoxical, Mazzotta has never — in his entire life, which he wasted with crimes and corruption — taken university courses and passed university exams on Shakespeare, Marlowe, English theater, etc.
He doesn’t know the texts;
he doesn’t know the scholars;
he doesn’t know the historical scholarship;
he doesn’t know the contemporary scholarship.
