Barba tries to block negative reviews that denounce his ineptitude, greed and malpractice,
so that innocent and unsuspecting people can’t be warned and fall into the same trap,
thus wasting thousands of dollars and years of their lives.
Indeed, if we had known the truth, we would never have hired that buffoon!
Three important points about this dishonest, greedy and stupid individual:
1) Ignorance, Stupidity and Malpractice:
Barba doesn’t understand there are different types of people in the world:
he doesn’t understand victims and the reasons why they are victimized;
he doesn’t understand criminals, their targets, and their modus operandi;
and he certainly doesn’t understand magistrates and what they expect, e.g. all the materials, right away.
Furthermore, Barba has a racist, patronizing attitude that is very annoying to everyone, esp. for people working in the judicial system.
A bad attitude that is also quite nonsensical, considering he’s a complete moron.
Indeed, the stupidity of this individual is terminal and incurable.

2) Laziness, Messiness and Malpractice:
Even if you give him all the documents, pix and videos, you can be sure he’s gong to lose them.
For instance, I was physically assaulted by a criminal, previously arrested three times in North Carolina, who later tried to slander both me and my husband.
But Barba didn’t care to protect me, so I had to waste even more of my work time writing a Criminal Complaint, which was given to the New Haven Police and the Yale Police, among others, see details below.
Unfortunately, we live in a very evil, violent and racist society. There are many criminals out there who try to exploit and abuse people who have a job and can pay taxes, women, people of color, people with disabilities, naturalized American citizens, etc.
But Barba is dishonest, lazy, and greedy — and he will NOT protect you against criminals.
In fact, due to his dishonesty and malpractice, he will make it even more difficult for you to protect yourself.
Avoid this corrupt individual at all costs!

3) Greed and Malpractice:
You, as the customer, will end up doing all the necessary work because Barba couldn’t care less — he only wants your money.
Indeed, he will OVERCHARGE you for the work that YOU did, because he didn’t do it himself!
This corruption very perverse.
All he wants is to get as much money as possible out of customers,
getting paid for doing nothing,
so he can take long vacations in Florida at your expenses.
Please, do yourself a favor, and save your precious time and money!

In this period of political and financial chaos, there will always be mentally-ill criminals, psychopaths, and white-trash felons who will try to steal anything from you.
And the more independent you are, the more they will hate you.
The more independent you are, the more they will put the blame on you and project their crimes on you — as the victim of their violence, envy and hatred — because “you are evil and you deserve to die.”
In other words, your very existence is offensive to them.
It is offensive to whatever idol they worship in their false ideology.
Indeed, they live in a bubble of self-righteous resentment, envy, and hatred against their perceived “enemies.”
In their insane and depraved mind, you should be dead.
And whatever you may have — beauty, intelligence, scholarship, material wealth, etc. — should either belong to them or be destroyed, because it makes them look inferior.
That’s one of the signs that you’re dealing with a dangerous psychopath.
And you should denounce him to the authorities without hesitation.

Get a job, try to keep it, pay your rent and bills, and move on.
This is the worst job market in years — it is an employer’s market, with a lot of choice for employers, and very little choice for applicants.
Realize that employers want nothing to do with contentious individuals who constantly create unnecessary problems, instead of solving them.
Employers are appalled by violent and dangerous bullies who assault women, racial minorities, and people with spinal injuries.
Employers don’t want to waste their time and money with trailer-trash individuals, who try to blackmail and extort money from victims.
Employers despise aggressive and racist thugs with a criminal record, and nothing to their name other than debt.
MOVE ON!
And speaking of employers, I’ve already talked to mine — they have expressed their deepest sympathy and offered their strongest support.
There’s too much violence in this country, and people are appalled, so MOVE ON!

The criminal who was arrested three times in North Carolina assaulted me on my property, invading my space, pushing my back to make me trip and fall, and throwing racist slurs and vulgar fighting words against me, in full view of my security cameras. The entire incident was recorded on my security cameras, on my cell phone, on my husband’s body cam, as well as on the cell phone of our neighbor, who was appalled and reached out to help.
This crime is particularly heinous since I have a spinal injury that was stabilized by a titanium implant, also known as a “titanium fusion.”
Assaulting a woman of color with spinal injuries is one of the vilest and most despicable crimes on record, since the person can become paraplegic or tetraplegic.
Indeed, I have one of the longest titanium implants in the world, extending from the 3rd to the 11th vertebrae.
It was installed in July 1998 by Dr. Matteo Palmisani, a renowned orthopedic surgeon in the Emilia Romagna region in Northern Italy, where I was working as a police officer.
I suffered a severe spinal injury while I was on patrol. I was able to survive and preserve my mobility only thanks to an excellent healthcare system and an athletic constitution.
The fact that I have one of the longest titanium implants in the world, extending from the 3rd to the 11th vertebrae, only adds insult to injury to this already abusive and intolerable situation.
The amount of racist hatred and violence I had to overcome, both during and after that assault, is simply astonishing – and many other people wouldn’t have been so strong and resilient.
Since then, I have suffered significant damages – personal, financial, etc. – and I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.
Nobody should ever go through such racist and sexist hatred, violence and abuse.
Nobody and least of all women, people of color, and people with spinal injuries and titanium implants.
I’m of African Moroccan origin with African DNA, and I acquired American citizenship in 2014 during President Obama.
I’m a registered Independent and since 2014 – just in property taxes, and not counting all other taxes in Connecticut – I have paid over $150,000 as a homeowner in the expensive East Rock neighborhood of New Haven, which went to finance the generous pensions of my fellow police officers in the New Haven PD.
I worked for the Italian state police for 5 years, I was injured while on patrol, and I retired at 24.

It is important to highlight these objective facts because stalking, perjury and malicious slander are different and complementary ways in which criminals try to perpetrate their scams, abuse their victims, and extort money from them.
In Europe, the public image of the police is very positive, and people see it as a helpful force against crime.
In the United States, on the contrary, it is quite negative.
In 2020, there was a complete disaster with the murder of George Floyd and all the ensuing riots, defunding the police, abolishing ICE, etc.
But these problems go back a long time ago, e.g. the L.A. riots and the contamination of the murder scene at the O.J. Simpson trial in the 1990s.
Indeed, there was never a moment when the public image of the police here was unconditionally positive.
As a woman and a person of color, I’m already exposed to a lot of racist and sexist hatred and discrimination. Hence, I rarely mention my status as a retired police officer, since I don’t want to suffer even more hatred and discrimination in this country.
But when a trailer-trash criminal assaults me, blackmails me, perjures himself, and slanders the victim – projecting all his crimes on me in order to save face – then we know that the situation has become too paradoxical and intolerable.
