BBC News broke the Al-Fayed story in September 2024, months after I published my Criminal Complaint.
It’s the same criminal protocol with gynecological visits and blood tests.
The same modus operandi with threats, blackmail and surveillance.
The same pathological profile of a mentally-ill criminal — decrepit and disgusting — blackmailing young and attractive women.
The same cover up from many other individuals involved, all greedy for money, and careless about the life of other human beings.
And it took years for the victims and the truth to come out.
“In 2024, Al-Fayed became the subject of multiple posthumous accusations of rape, with around 200 women making complaints of illegal activity by September of that year.
Al-Fayed was accused by multiple women of sexual harassment and assault. Young women applying for employment at Harrods were often subjected to HIV tests and gynecological examinations.
In ‘Holy War at Harrods,’ a 1995 profile of Al-Fayed for Vanity Fair, Maureen Orth described how ‘Al-Fayed regularly walked the store on the lookout for young, attractive women to work in his office. Those who rebuffed him would often be subjected to crude, humiliating comments about their appearance or dress. A dozen ex-employees I spoke with said that Al-Fayed would chase secretaries around the office, and sometimes try to stuff money down women’s blouses.’
In December 1997, the ITV current affairs program, ‘The Big Story,’ broadcast testimonies from former Harrods employees who spoke of how Al-Fayed routinely sexually harassed women in similar ways.
Former manager of the women’s club Fulham L.F.C., Gaute Haugenes, said in September 2024 that to protect players from Al-Fayed, they were not allowed to be left alone with him.
A documentary, ‘Al-Fayed: Predator at Harrods,’ was broadcast on BBC. It featured interviews with the women and explored evidence of the failure by Harrods to properly investigate the claims and the potential cover-up of abuse allegations.
On 21 September 2024, Dean Armstrong KC, a barrister representing the victims, said that his team had 37 clients, but that he had been contacted by 150 individuals with claims about Al-Fayed.
In September 2024, it has been reported that Kristina Svensson, who worked at Ritz hotel, will be the first victim to file a complaint against Mohamed Al-Fayed in France, while the focus was previously on London.
On 26 September 2024, the Metropolitan Police said they would investigate if anyone else should be pursued for criminal offences following the allegations made against Al-Fayed.
On the same day, Harrods’s managing director, Michael Ward, said that Al-Fayed ‘presided over a toxic culture of secrecy, intimidation, fear of repercussion and sexual misconduct.’
By 26 September, it was thought that around 200 women, who previously worked for Al-Fayed, had spoken to investigators with claims of rape and sexual assault.”

all the administrators became aware of the crimes committed by him and Solovieva.

Public records show that Dean Jon Butler and Provost Andrew Hamilton received Subpoenas to appear in court for Saussy.
They were perfectly aware that Saussy had a long history of mental illness;
he had very violent and abusive patterns of behavior, even against his family members;
and he had been committing disgusting crimes against much younger students and scholars.
But instead of helping those students and scholars, and many other potential victims,
they chose to aid and abet a KKK affiliate, a plagiarist, a violent criminal and sex offender.
As a result, everybody involved in those terrible crimes — the criminals and sex offenders, together with their enablers among faculty and staff — continued to steal private and public money for years.

Academic supervision includes teaching, advising a thesis or dissertation, supervising research, supervising teaching, grading, or serving as Director of Undergraduate or Graduate Studies of the student’s academic program.”
Harvard condemns any sexual relationship which may or may not be consensual.
Their policies highlight the disparity in power in any situation involving teaching, grading, advising, supervising, and any change in the academic and/or professional career of students and younger scholars.
And they always place the burden of responsibility on faculty vis-à-vis students.

It is incumbent upon those with authority not to abuse, nor to seem to abuse, the power with which they are entrusted.
Even when both parties have consented at the outset to the development of a romantic or sexual relationship between individuals of different University status, it is the person in the position of greater authority who, by virtue of their special responsibility and the core educational mission of the FAS, will be held accountable for unprofessional behavior.

And to make the situation even more corrupt and paradoxical, Mazzotta has never — in his entire life, which he wasted with crimes and corruption — taken university courses and passed university exams on Shakespeare, Marlowe, English theater, etc.
He doesn’t know the texts;

he doesn’t know the contemporary scholarship.
